Do we really need a wedding coordinator?
While we're certainly biased, we believe every couple deserves to be fully present on their wedding day. A coordinator serves as the point person for vendors, manages the timeline, handles unexpected issues, answers questions, and keeps everything running smoothly so you, your family, and your wedding party can focus on celebrating.


What is the difference between coordination and planning?
Coordination is ideal for couples who have already planned their wedding and need professional support to execute the details. Planning packages provide varying levels of guidance throughout the planning process, while our Platinum Package offers the most comprehensive support from start to finish.
Do you help find vendors?
We provide recommendations for trusted vendors we've personally worked with and confidently recommend. Comprehensive vendor research, outreach, and planning assistance are reserved for our Platinum Full-Service Planning package.


Do you offer wedding design services?
Absolutely. We love helping couples create a cohesive and memorable celebration through color palettes, design concepts, décor recommendations, layouts, signage, and overall event styling.
Do you work with all budgets?
Yes. We believe every couple deserves a seamless, joyful wedding day regardless of budget. Whether you're planning an intimate celebration or a large-scale event, we'll help you determine the services that best fit your needs and priorities.


Will someone attend our rehearsal?
Yes. All wedding planning and coordination packages include rehearsal coverage. Depending on logistics and staffing, either your lead coordinator or an assistant coordinator will guide your rehearsal to ensure everyone feels confident and prepared for the wedding day.
Do you work with venue coordinators?
Absolutely. Venue coordinators and wedding planners serve different roles, and we love partnering with venue teams to create a smooth experience for our couples.


Do you handle wedding setup and teardown?
We manage and assist with décor setup according to your package and wedding needs. However, we do not provide draping services, large-scale installations, ceiling treatments, or extensive structural décor builds. For specialty installations, we're happy to collaborate with the appropriate rental or production company.
Do you offer décor rentals?
Yes! We offer a growing collection of décor rentals, including candleholders, lanterns, signage, table décor, linens, arches, and curated rental collections.


Can non-NGE clients rent décor?
Absolutely. Our rental collection is available to both Natalie Grace Events clients and rental-only clients, subject to availability.
How do we reserve our date?
A signed agreement and non-refundable retainer are required to officially secure your wedding date on our calendar.


What happens if something goes wrong on the wedding day?
That's exactly why we're here. From timeline adjustments and vendor communication to unexpected challenges, we'll handle the logistics behind the scenes so you can focus on celebrating with the people you love
